    What should I do if my equipment isn't working?
    The first thing we suggest is to check the power source. Change out low batteries and cycle power. The next thing to check is the dip switch settings. Refer to the dip switch setting guides in the Manuals section of this website.

    Can I hook up Long Range receivers to my trap?
    Yes. Long Range's equipment can be installed and work with any trap. We can also install plugs onto our equipment which allows for quick and easy plug and play.

    Absolutely! We completely stand behind our products and our customers. All of our products are backed by a 2-year parts and labor warranty.

    Is there a place to buy and sell used equipment?
