At Long Range our turnaround time for repairs is 24hrs. To help us maintain this goal please include a contact telephone number and a return address with the equipment being returned. For your convenience you can print the Return Form below to include with the items.

If your equipment is within the warranty period it will repaired or replaced and returned to the address provided. In the instance of a non warranty repair we will need to contact you to discuss repair options. In this instance we will not ship the items until we have spoken to you.
